Transportation and delivery policy
Thank you for choosing Zeckky's handcrafted artworks, handicrafts and tableware. To ensure that every customer can receive the works they expect with peace of mind and confidence, we have developed a clear, transparent and customer experience-centered transportation and delivery process. This policy will provide you with a detailed introduction to order processing time, packaging methods, transportation methods, cost descriptions, transportation risks, tracking information, address modifications, and related contents of international logistics. We hope that after reading this, you will have a better understanding of how your order will be safely delivered from our studio to you.

I. Order Processing Time
All products of Zeckky are handcrafted and small-batch craft pieces. Some products may require additional production or drying time, so order processing may vary slightly depending on the nature of the product.
The general standard processing time is as follows:
1. In-stock goods
The packaging is usually completed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
Weekends and holidays are not included.
2. Pre-order goods, artworks in production or tableware
It may take 5 to 10 working days for production or drying.
If the work involves special techniques (such as complex carvings, multi-layer oiling treatment of natural wood, etc.), the processing time may be extended.
3. Bulk orders or wholesale cooperation orders
The processing time will be evaluated separately based on the quantity and production complexity.
We will provide the estimated shipping time after confirming the order.
In case of any unexpected delays (such as raw material replenishment, weather conditions, holiday peaks, etc.), we will notify you via email immediately.
Ii. Shipping Methods
To ensure the safe arrival of your handicrafts, we will select the most suitable mode of transportation based on the material, volume, weight and value of the goods. Common carrier services include:
UPS
USPS
FedEx
DHL (International Orders)
We will match the best mode of transportation for your order based on the actual situation.
Transportation mode description:
Standard shipping: The most commonly used and suitable for most orders
Express delivery: This option is available when you need to receive the package as soon as possible
Special transportation service: For larger, fragile or high-value works, it can be upgraded to special protection transportation (if requested by the customer)
If you have a preference for a specific mode of transportation, please contact us before placing an order or within 12 hours after payment.
Iii. Shipping Fees
Transportation costs are calculated based on a combination of multiple factors:
Volume and weight of the commodity
Packaging material requirements (such as multi-layer protection, wooden crates, shock-absorbing and cushioning)
The distance from the shipping location to the receiving location
Fluctuations in carrier charges
Does it include insurance
Free transportation (applicable if there are any events)
If your order meets the free shipping conditions, the system will automatically display it at checkout.
Additional packaging cost
For fragile artworks such as ceramics, glass and natural wood, we will use:
Thickened bubble wrap
Multi-layer buffer paper
Customized special shockproof packaging
Double-layer cartons or pressure-resistant boxes
Such protection will be included in the transportation cost and no additional hidden fees will be charged.
Iv. Order Tracking Information
When your order is dispatched from the Zeckky warehouse or studio, we will:
Send an email containing a Tracking Number
Inform the carrier company to be used
Provide tracking links or explain how to check the logistics status
If you haven't received the logistics email, please check
Spam folder
Did you fill in the wrong email address
Whether to use a third-party payment account to generate an alternative email address
If you still cannot find the information, please contact us and we will assist in the search immediately.
V. Estimated Delivery Time
The transportation time depends on the receiving area and the status of the carrier
Domestic Shipping Within the U.S.
Standard transportation: 2 to 7 working days
Express delivery: 1-3 working days
Remote areas: It may be extended by 1 to 2 days
International Shipping
Standard international transportation: 7 to 21 working days
Fast international transportation: 5 to 12 working days
Due to the differences in customs inspection among various countries, the delivery time may be extended additionally
Vi. Address Issues (Address Issues)
If you need to change your address, please be sure to contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.
Once an order enters the packaging or shipping process, we will not be able to modify the address.
If the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to the customer filling in the wrong address:
The customer needs to bear the re-shipping cost for re-shipment
The original order cannot be cancelled or refunded (unless the product is successfully returned and handled according to the policy).
Please be sure to check when filling in the address:
House number, street number, unit number
Is the postal code accurate
Does the international order contain complete information about the country, city and region
Vii. Damage During Transit
We attach great importance to transportation safety and have professionally reinforced and packaged all our goods. However, there are still risks that cannot be completely avoided during the transportation process.
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours and provide:
Damaged photos or videos
Photo of the outer packaging
Order Number
A complete description of the situation upon receipt
We will provide you with it quickly
Reissued goods
Partial or full refund
Or other reasonable solutions
The customer does not need to bear the costs caused by logistics damage.
Viii. Lost Packages
If the tracking information shows that the package is lost or has not been updated for a long time:
We will assist in submitting the investigation application to the carrier
During the investigation period (usually 5 to 10 days), we will keep you updated on the progress at any time
After confirmation of loss, we will provide:
Reissue
Or refund
Zeckky will always stand by your side to ensure that you do not suffer any losses as a result.
Ix. Customs & Duties for International Orders
International orders may be subject to tariffs, import duties or processing fees due to the policies of the destination country, which are usually borne by the customer.
Zeckky cannot:
Control the amount of taxes and fees
Predict tax rates of various countries
Payment or advance payment of taxes and fees (unless otherwise specified)
We suggest that you learn about the relevant regulations from the local customs in advance.
X. Carrier Delays
The following situations may affect the delivery time:
Bad weather
Holiday logistics peak
The transportation route was interrupted.
Customs inspection
The carrier's system is delayed
Although these delays are beyond Zeckky's control, we will assist you throughout the process of inquiry and follow-up.
