Therefore, we have established a transparent, considerate and customer-centric return and refund process, aiming to ensure that you can enjoy a reassuring, comfortable and stress-free shopping experience when experiencing Zeckky's products.

I. Scope of Application for Returns and Refunds
To protect your rights and interests, we accept return or refund applications in the following situations:
The goods were damaged during transportation
If the goods you receive are damaged, missing parts, cracked, structurally loose or have other problems that make them unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide:
Clear photos or videos
Photo of the outer packaging box
Order number and damage description
The received goods do not match the description
If the product is obviously inconsistent with the order in terms of style, size, color or design, we will arrange for you to return, exchange or get a refund.
There are major quality problems with the commodity
If the product fails to function properly due to manufacturing defects, such as tableware not being able to support normally, abnormal materials, or severe structural imbalance, we will provide replacement, refund or solutions depending on the situation.
Ii. Non-returnable situations
The following circumstances do not apply to returns or refunds:
The natural differences of handmade products
All of Zeckky's works are handcrafted, including the wood grain, the color of the clay, the hand-painted brushstrokes, and the slight differences in shape, all of which are natural and normal individual variations rather than quality issues.
Damage caused by improper use, cleaning or storage
Damages caused by human factors such as dropping, immersion in water, exposure to direct sunlight, or misuse of cleaning agents cannot be applied for return or exchange.
Customized or personalized goods
Any goods with engravings, special sizes, custom colors or made according to specific customer requirements cannot be returned or refunded, unless the goods themselves have serious defects.
Applications that have exceeded the return deadline
Applications submitted more than 30 days after receiving the goods will not be accepted.
Iii. Return Application Process
To ensure that your request is processed smoothly, please follow the steps below

The email should include:
Order Number
Purchaser's name
Problem description
Picture or video evidence
The customer service will reply within 24 to 48 hours
We will assess the issue and provide further guidance. If additional shooting materials are needed, we will also explain.
If the return conditions are met, we will provide the return address and packaging guidelines
The goods must be kept in their original condition
Use the original packaging as much as possible
Fragile items need to be reinforced again
After receiving the goods and completing the inspection, we will process the refund within 3 to 7 working days.
Iv. Refund Method and Time Limit
The refund will be returned to the original payment route as you did when you placed the order, typically including

Refund processing time

Bank or payment platform: It may take an additional 3 to 10 days for the funds to be credited

V. Return Shipping Fee Policy
The following are the rules for bearing freight charges:
Returns caused by quality issues or transportation damage

As all of Zeckky's products are handcrafted artworks and small-batch craft tableware, they possess the following natural characteristics:
Each piece is unique
The texture, color and feel may vary slightly
Manual glazing, engraving, polishing and other processes may cause slight unevenness
We believe that these "imperfections" are precisely the beauty of handcrafted art and thus do not fall under quality issues.
